この度、アメリカシアトル在住のレイモンドを神凪流のインストラクター(講師)に認定しました事をお知らせいたします。
Dear all,
I will inform you that Nawashi Kanna authorized Raymond(the_admiral on FL) living in Seattle to the instructor of Kanna ryu, this time.



レイモンドは神凪流を約３年に渡り学び、今回来日した際にインストラクターになる事を希望し、プライベートレッスンを受けました。
自身の技術の向上と、先生として求められる水準の緊縛技術・知識に加えて、
生徒に教える際の注意点やポイントを、具体的に指導いたしました。
(指導者・または深めていきたい方への指導と生徒への講習・指導内容は異なります。)
Raymond learned Kanna ryu for about three years and hoped to become the instructor when he visited Japan this time and taken private lessons.
I taught concretely his own technical improvement, a kinbaku skill and knowledge of a level required as teacher, and cautionary note or a point when he tell a student.
＊The lesson contents and class program to students are different from the instruction contents to teachers or people who want to deepen.

彼とは緊縛指導以外にも、沢山の時間を共有する中で色んな話をし、
彼の人間性と緊縛に対する考え方、神凪流の縛りに対しての想い、目標なども分かち合い、
人間力とコミュニケーション能力、そして最終日に今回は基本形の6種類の縛りを見て、総合的に判断いたしました。
(トレーニング時間・習得具合・段階に応じて認定資格のレベルが分かれています。
インストラクターを養成する指導者としての資格はまた別です。)
I had various talks while I shared much time with him as well as kinbaku instruction, and shared his character/personality and way of thinking for kinbaku, thought for kinbaku in Kanna ryu, instruction policy, and goals.
I decided it comprehensively by watching six patterns(this time) of the basic shibari on the last day, and his devotion, eagerness, integrity, resourcefulness, and communication skills.
＊The level of the authorized qualification is divided depending on training time, acquirement condition, a stage.
＊The qualification as a leader training an instructor is different from the qualification as a instructor.


まだまだ未熟であり、彼自身もこれから沢山の事を学んで行く必要がありますが、
しっかりと精進してこれから神凪流のインストラクターとして頑張ってくれると思います。
He is still inexperienced and needs to learn a lot, but he is devoted well and I believe that he will try hard as an instructor of Kanna ryu from now on.


おかげさまで現在では世界中で多くの方々や生徒さんに神凪流の緊縛を使ってパフォーマンスをしたり教えたり楽しんだりと、様々な形や表現で共有して頂いてますが、
今まで正式な神凪流のインストラクター(講師)はおりませんでした。(ペドロは特別講師です。)
今回神凪流の緊縛の楽しみをより沢山の方に正確に伝え広めていく伝承者として、レイモンドが正式なインストラクターの一人目になります事を改めてお知らせいたします。
Many people and students enjoy a performance, teach, and play by using Kinbaku art of Kanna style all over the world now thankfully, and shared it by various form and expression, but there was not the official instructor (lecturer) of Kanna ryu so far.
＊I allow for Pedro to use the name of Kanna and to teach Kanna style like specially associate lecturer.

I inform you once again that Raymond becomes the first official instructor, as a tradition follower that convey correctly and spread pleasure of kinbaku of Kanna ryu to more people.
